Hey, I also just wanted to share a couple things that I have found really helpful in recovery. You probably know about these, but I thought I might as well share them.

I have it taped to the fridge and take a deep breath and re-read it whenever I start panicking or my ED voice is really loud.
The blog 100 Reasons to Recover was my first discovery in the pro-recovery online world. I’ve submitted a TON of reasons there and it’s just a blog I think everyone should follow. http://100reasonstorecover.com/
http://www.futureme.org/ is a site that I’ve used when I’m having a bad moment. It helps me when I feel hopeless because I know that I do have a future me out there, and writing an email to that person helps keep me grounded and give me hope that things will be different and better in the future.
That’s all I can think of right now, and sorry if this is somehow annoying or anything, I’m just in a pro-recovery mood since I just recovered from a huge freak-out, and yeah.
